It would be interesting to know about any electronic application that works
at such temperatures. Certainly not based on Si (melting point 1414 deg C).
Can you tell us more about what you have in mind? Thanks!

I am looking for a good packaging/packaging material voor MEMS and IC, which
is capable of high temperatures (up to 3200 degrees celcius). Does someone
know which material I can use, or a company who makes these packages? And,
