Try Goodfellow (www.goodfellow.com).  I got PMMA
sheets of varying thickness from them (500, 125 and 50
um thick.) The sheets are rather larger and you have
to cut the plastic to wafer size, but it has worked
well for me.

They probably have different plastics as well...
