I was wondering if anyone could help in getting the following. I have searched
thru various sources but in vain.

1. Surface adhesion energy of Au thin films on GaAs?
2. Any experimental data on critical lengths of Au beams (nominal dimensions:
10um x 4um) on GaAs?
3. There has been plenty of info and mathematical expression for MOSFETs but
less on HEMTs. Can anyone help me out in getting the math in deriving the
Vpinch-off (Gate turn off voltage) for a standard HEMT, having known the
properties of the 2DEG and dimensions? Any example MATLAB scripts out there in
solvign Poisson for a heterostructure?
