I am looking for a source of pyrex wafers. I need :

  -10 (smaller quantity) of thin, preferably less than 6 micron thick
pyrex
wafers

   - a larger amount (perhaps 50 or more) of about 15-25 mils thick
pyrex
wafers. Can anyone suggest a manufacturer? Quotes welcome. Thank you.
