Polyimide thin films

Hello MEMS Researchers,
With the help of NASA research funding, we have developed processes for
fabricating freestanding polyimide thin films in the thickness range from 50
nm to 1 micron. The films are up to 100 mm in diameter and are uniform in
thickness. They have high strength over a broad range of temperatures.

We are looking for collaborators from research institutions that might have
use for such thin films in MEMS devices. If a match in interest can be found,
we could consider submitting a joint proposal for research funding.

Also, we routinely produce polyimide thin films as described above for our
own applications, and we could supply such films in limited quantities to
researchers interested in pursuing their own interests.
