Hello Sathya,
There are many good MEMS schools, such as, UCLA, UC Berkeley, UCSB, MIT, U
of Michigan, Stanford, CalTech, and many more I can't recall right
now. What really helps when picking a school is knowing what *kind* of
MEMS you want to pursue. For example, I'm studying microfluidics with an
emphasis on surface tension effects. When I applied for UCLA, it was the
only school I found (at the time) that specialized on this subject. I
think I missed UT, U of Rochester, and Duke. However, I didn't have the
resources of this list.
SO, we can help you better if you have an idea of what you want to do.
