Paolo,
I am pretty sure that hunt became Olin Ciba Geigy Hunt then changed its
name to Arch Chemicals. They run the Arch Micro lithography Seminar yearly in
San Diego. I can not find an email for them but the closest phone number I
can find is in Germany. 49 89 360 5330. Hope this helps. if you do not find
them get back to me I have a call in to the local Arch to find a usable email.

Subject: [mems-talk] Waycoat
Hi all,
I've found in an article published in 1992 by C.de Besten and others of
the MESA research institute of Twente "Polymer bonding of micromachined
silicon structures" Microelectromechanical Systems 92, Travemunde
(Germany), that negative photoresist Waycoat 3lC by Olin Hunt could be
used for wafer bonding.
The problem is that I'm not able to find the supplier's adress on the
Web.
Does Anybody know the new name of the society?
Thank you very much.
Best Regards
