Hi Anshu,

Your set up is OK, both sensors should be mounted on the same shaker and
over the same vertical movement line.
You just have checked that the comparative commercial accelerometer have
his resonance frequency near the 1000 Hz. After this value his oscillation
amplitude is extremely small due to the parameters of the mounted elastic
system.
Please check also the overall mounting system, perhaps there is a wrong fixing
element.

Regards,
               Rarmas
