Dear MEMS experts,
I was looking for PDMS photopatternable, and I have found some
information.
PDMS can be purchaised from WACKER(Semicosil) or GELEST(Tseries) or
DowCorning (Sylgard).
The problem is that only the first is photopatternable and that Wacker
doesn't produce it yet : they produce only thermal PDMS usually used for
molding.
Gelest and DowCorning PDMS aren' t photopatternable.
I'd like to know if there are other "sources" , other companies that
produce photopatternable PDMS now.
Does anyboby know them?
