Piranha Clean Formulas

I am looking for some piranha clean formulas. SPS produces glass and quartz
wafers and we do not want to damage our surface finishes, yet we want to be
able to remove the microscopic traces that we have found. Can someone
recommend a recipe that they have had good luck with? Or perhaps a source for
multiple recipes that I could experiment with?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Kris
