Dear all mems-talk members:

     In the equation of Guckel Ring,there is a ratio g(R) which is the
conversion efficiency of
tensile strain into compressive strain. In the term of g(R), form factor kf is
used. Would anyone
tell me what is the form factor and what it should be?
