Dear All:

I am looking for a packaging header, which generally
used for MEMS pressure sensor. Actually, what I want
to use it is not for pressure sensor. I want to have a
prototype package for my optical sensor. I need the
package to have a top opening for the light in. And a
pumping port on the backside to let me pump the
package down to some vacuum (hopefully). So I think a
general package TO-5 or TO-18 header for pressure
sensor can do my job. Electrical connections are not
primarily concern here.

My question is: Do you know any supplier of such
packages? I search the web but didn't find one.
