Amit,
Do you mean wirebonding, or die bonding?  The reason I ask is because my company
provides dicing services for 6" wafers and some die bonding services (the
bonding of a die to a substrate), but I suspect that what you are really looking
for is wirebonding services for Aluminum pads to a leadframe.  Let me know if
you think we can help.
