Dear Phil Klauder,
I think the SINTEF department for "Electronics and Cybernetics" in Oslo, Norway,
will be able to help you. They have a long history of developing silicon based
sensors for various applications. I know they have developed a pressure sensor
especially for application in harsh environments such as in oil-wells.

Emne: [mems-talk] Oil Well Sensors
Friends-
My company is looking for sensors to use at the bottom of an oil well
where
the pressure can reach 6000 PSI, and the temperature can reach 160
Centigrade.
Sensor types:
Pressure
Temperature
Viscosity
Density
Accelerometer
Do any of you represent companies with off-the-shelf or custom sensors
that
would be appropriate for this application environment?
Phil Klauder
