Xinyu,
      Any treatment with a suitable silane will make the PDMS more hydrophobic.
If you can get access to a YES vacuum vapor prime you can vacuum dehydrate the
PDMS then vapor treat with HMDS and achieve hdrophobicity.  Let me know if I can
help running some demo's here.  Bill Moffat
