Dear all,
i plan to package demonstrators of an optical micro chip in a ceramic
package and seal it with an float glas with anti reflective coating (laser
application 632,8 nm). The package is DIL28 (large cavity) with 7,8 mm*7,8
mm cavity. The glas seal should be minimum 13 mm*13 mm. Does anybody know
where i can purchase 100 pieces of such glas seals in a convenient time for
a low price.
