Hello Milan,

You should try the CEDIP IR Camera with their Microscopic G1 lens.
Their website is www.cedip-infrared.com.

The appropriate camera will be the Jade MWIR (3-5 µm) since you have to sense
trough silicon.

Good Luck,

Danny.

P.S. The price will not be a cheap one ...

I'm interested in obtaining a CCD IR camera to attach to an existing
microscope or an IR microscope for imaging through Si. Can someone
  recommend either cameras or microscopes?
  Thanks,
  Milan
