Subject: [mems-talk] Seeking vacuum probe station

Hallo,

I'm looking for a probe station operating in vacuum or non-oxidizing
environment (e.g. nitrogen or argon). Does anybody has this equipment
available as service? We'd like to run some wafer-level characterization
tests in vacuum. (Preferably somewhere in Western-Europe.)
Thanks in advance,

Robert
