I am having difficulty locating a source of FZ wafers with the
following spec.

* Orientation: <100>
* Resistivity: >1000 Ohm cm
* Thickness: 525 microns (or thicker)
* Dia.  100mm preferable
* Quantity:  Initially I need just 12 wafers but will purchase a
larger batch if necessary.

Can anybody supply these or offer any advice on where to obtain
them?
