Relevant course work: Advanced Semiconductors, Micro-fabrication, Analog Electronic circuits, CMOS Device Design, Optoelectronics and Electromagnetic waves.
Work Experience: Research Assistant, LCSEE Dept, and WVU Aug 2005 – till date Designed a linear Transmission Line Method (TLM) mask by L-Edit for the purpose of measuring the specific contact resistivity. Worked on the development of 3C-SiC/Si based gas sensor for temperatures above 600 °C through metallization of ohmic and schottky contacts on 3C-SiC. Optimized the I-V characteristics of 3C-SiC for different flow rates of hydrogen gas at different temperatures. Graduate Assistant, HRE Dept, WVU Jan 2006 – Aug 2007 Provide technical support regarding computers and printers to professors and Dean’s Office and assisted director in planning inventory of desktops, printers, laptops, servers, projectors and audio-video devices. Created database in SQL that stored inventory of all the computers, laptops, projectors, audio-video equipments and teach students to use, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Webpage designing and Adobe Photoshop.
