SERVISAIR – Manchester, England Vice President of Operations - North American Cargo Division (2000 to 2007) Full P&L responsibility reporting directly to EVP of World Wide Cargo in Manchester. Managed all strategic planning, market penetration strategies, daily operations and new business acquisition and development throughout the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean and South America with revenue of approximately $88 Million.
PEDUS AVIATION SERVICES, INC. Division of the Dussmann Group GmbH – Berlin, Germany Vice President and General Manager (1993 to 2000) Started up the Aviation Services Division providing the full spectrum of aviation contract services with a $500K budget. Built company from $0 to more than $7MM in revenues to date with 375 employees. Secured contracts with several major airlines, including Southwest Airlines, Delta, Continental and United Airlines. Travel extensively between corporate headquarters in Germany and the U.S.A.

INTERNATIONAL TOTAL SERVICES, INC. - Houston, TX Vice President – Southern Division (1989 to1991) Reported to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Direct responsibility for 67management and supervisory level employees, as well as 1,100+ employees in the Division; planned and administered an annual budget of $20 million. Tripled revenues established new business and lead the Division in sales.
CONTINENTAL AIRLINES – Newark, New Jersey Director of Operations (1988 to 1989) Reported to Division Vice President of Continental Airlines. Responsible for annual budget of $62 million, over 1100 employees, ramp operations, aircraft appearance for 235 flights/daily, and 1700+ pieces of ground service equipment maintenance for entire city.
Vice President/Senior Director – Cargo Services (1984 to 1988) Reported directly to Vice President of Cargo Continental Airlines. Direct responsibility for over 1500 employees and budget of $58 million. Opened 30 additional cargo operations and developed plan for handling of cargo for other airlines that increased revenues from $1.5 million in 1984 to $8.5 million in 1987.
SMB STAGELINES – Dallas/Houston, Texas and Miami, Florida General Manager System Operation/Regional Manager (1981 to 1984) Responsible for ground service operations for 14 cities with revenues of over $20 million a year.
