BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 30 years of successive advancement in engineering and management within environments ranging from MEMS start-up to established profitable high volume manufacturing organizations. As Director of Operations, I led team that deployed hermetic WLP process for MEMS based RF resonator. Selected site. Generated design/build plan for six inch hermetic WLP line. Managed construction project. Sourced and installed process and metrology tools. Negotiated procurement terms with equipment and foundry vendors. Also led VOA process deployment team that defined, designed and built 6 inch MEMS R&D wafer fab, sourced, deployed and qualified the equipment and processes, achieved ISO9000:2000 registration and launched VOA into production. Led micromachined accelerometer and pressure sensor new product introduction teams for automotive and medical applications utilizing internal resources for prototype development as well as developing wafer foundry and advanced packaging partnerships for high volume production. Skills include project management involving interaction and resources from multiple groups, managing customer funded programs, excellent written and verbal communication, implementing and improving metric reporting systems for tracking and improving performance, developing supplier partnerships and building high performance, customer focused teams that facilitate rapid continuous improvement.
