MEMS Experience:
Design, fabrication, and characterization of high-stroke high-aspect ratio gold electrostatic MEMS deformable mirrors for adaptive optics. Mirrors were designed with L-Edit at simulated with Intellisuite.

Design and characterized PDMS microfluidic cells for voltage generation across a semi-permeable membrane due to ion concentration gradients. Designed test fixtures for microfluidic devices.

Communicated with MEMS and microfluidic foundries for updates on current fabrication run and address technical issues
