Responsible for development and successful scale up of 60% of the processes in the lens factory. Founding Engineer of Florida International University's Motorola Nanofabrication Research Facility, and Manager of Advanced Materials Engineering Research Institute for over 7 years. Former Fab Manager for Photonics Division of Shipley Corp. (Rohm and Haas), developing wafer-based products including MEMS and sensors. Performed significant amount of inventing and product development in dual role of Fab Manager (Operations), and Senior Process/Product Development Engineer.
