Hi all,

 I am working on a MEMS vibratory gyroscope , I was
wondering if it is possible to know the mechanical
coupling and structural damping using FEA software.?
(Write now I am using ANSYS for simulation)

 My aim is to reduce the mechanical coupling involved
,Please advise any suitable study material in this
regard.
