Amir,
There is a device which measures the velocity by comparing the temperature
influence on two closely spaced thin wires, 1500X2.5X0.4um. See
www.microflown.com/rend/.

Onderwerp: [mems-talk] looking for a MEMS liquid flow meter
Hello to all members!
Much oblige if someone could help me:
A. I'm looking for a MEMS liquid flow meter -for flow of about 0.005-0.05
[liter/min] (not steady but in pulses). If someone could tell me of such an off
the shelf product or a company with such a sensor, it will be very helpful (I'm
seeking for such a device for a long time),
B. Can someone tell me where can I find information on practicle methods using
thermo flow sensors for pulsed flow.
C. Are there small - mems(1-5m"m) Turbine flow sensors ?
Thanks a lot
Amir
