I didn't get your mail.

First you must arrange polished stainless plate or silicon(or other plates) on
which stainless thin film is coated by sputtering(or e-beam...).
Second make a SU-8 mold.
3rd  electroplate(nickelsulfamate acid solution is good)
4th  remove the SU-8(RIE, firing??)
5th  separate the electroplated mickel.
