As a clarification to this earlier posting, this was
by no means meant to reflect poorly on Electronic
Visions. It was merely meant as a call for feedback
from the user community, seeking assistance in
troubleshooting a sporadic problem with our aligner.
In fact, EV has been extremely responsive. Just this
week, they sent out a field engineer to troubleshoot
our system and were able to very quickly diagnose an
intermittent problem with the WEC. We just wanted to
clarify any misunderstanding and, particularly, thank
Electronic Visions for all their help and outstanding
support.
