Hello Everyone,

I have two questions to ask and would highly appreciate the help:

(a) I am currently looking for a hot plate with vacuum capabilities for
proximity baking under the price of 1,000 US for our new lab. If you have
come across anything

similar, please send it my way.

(b) I am also running some etching tests for the first time, and have
come across a road block for lack of chemistry background. I have some KOH
pellets and need to

mix them with DI water (1:2) for etching <100> Si wafers..what's the best
way of doing this, since KOH does react exothermically with water?

Thank you all and have a nice day!
