Hi all,

I want to inject a small sample volume (1ul)through microfluidic channels
to a chamber. I used syringe and syringe pump to accomplish it. But the
thing is that I has leading pipe to the channel which has pretty large
volume and it will make difficult to controll the precise amount of sample
(first I don't know the volume, second it has error even I calculate it.)
I have an idea to solve it. First I inject precise 1ul into the pipe. Then
I use syringe with only gas to push the 1ul sample into the chamber. I
don't know if my method has any problem. Anybody has any idea about my
method and to injecting small sample volume issue.
