Look into any microwave engineering book for converting S parameters to Y
parameters and Z parameters (It's a straightforward linear transformation).
Y and Z parameters tell you the current flow into a port when the other
ports either open circuited or short circuited. From this voltage/current
relation, you can compute the equivalent capacitance.

Subject: [mems-talk] Capacitance Extraction from s-params
Hi all
I would appreciate if anyone can suggest me a method to obtain the
equivalent capacitance(frequency independent) from simulated
s-parameters(s11,s12,s21,s22).
Thanks in advance
indrajit
