Rupesh,
many companies make transparency masks. It will cost you around 100-300 bucks
(depending on how many masks, size, quality etc...). Based on my experience, 50
um wide patterns are well defined and easily transferred. Less than that will
require some optimization.
I think this is the quickest (one week maximum) and less painful way.
