Hi
PSMD swelling is known to occur in many solvents, but the degree of
swelling strongly varies. A useful reference is this paper from J. Ng
Lee, C. Park, and G. M. Whitesides.

as you might see the swelling ratio for both Ethyl Alcohol and Acetone
is pretty low, which means that you may flow them for a long time
without any significant alteration to the flow chamber or solvent
contamination with PDMS.
