Hello Everyone!
I am trying to find the best way to construct an electrode bridge for a µDSC
device. The bridge is used to take temperature readings of Oocyte cells
(diameter â 100µm) and the bridge needs to have a hole in the center to
stabilize the cell. I need to have a cavity in the center of the bridge to
hold the cell, ideally being a symmetrical bowl shape. The bridge needs to
be around 1000µm long, 250µm wide and the cavity diameter of around 110µm.
If anyone has any tips or suggestions on how I could fabricate this piece I
would greatly appreciate it. I attached a picture of the µDSC device with
the desired bridge to clarify the geometry.
Thanks!
Ben
