Jose,
I think you have a chance to find work in nano or microtechnology
with your background. True, most positions will advertise that they
want a PhD or MS. At the same time, I work with plenty of people with
no college at all, who, as tech's really develop a good grasp of what
they are doing.
A good solid undergrad background will take you far. Most problems I
encounter don't take more than hard work and a good undergrad
background to solve.
