You can also use other analaog HDL languages, such as VHDL-AMS.

that you can easily integrate a model of your control electronic, and
simulate the behaviour of the whole system.

has anybody used the coventor/saber link to co-simulate a MEMS
together with a SPICE or VHDL model of its control electronique ?
