any plasma treatment should render the surface hydrophilic. This means you
can plasma treat with inert gas, say argon and not etch to much of the
original material but create a hydrophilic surface. Bill Moffat

Subject: [mems-talk] Changing PDMS surface from hydrophobic into
hydrophilic
Dear colleagues,
Besides using oxygen plasma treat PDMS surface, are there any other ways
to change it from hydrophobic into hydrophilic?
Thanks.
