I know two of them: Ferro and Schott, both deliver ready mixed pastes. I
heard about an other supplier in Japan, but don´t know the name. For further
information you can contact me.

SUSS supplies SUbstrate bonders, just in case you need the paste for wafer
bonding. We offer also demos and other services.

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for companies who produce and/or provide glass paste with low
melting temperature (400 to 650C). The geographical location of the company
is not an issue.
