Hi..
Has anyone used the Shipley electroplated photresist called Eagle
2100 ED Photoresist. I would appreciate it if anyone could provide me
information regarding material property, set-up details, contact
information,etc. If anyone has information about another kind of
electroplated photoresist, that would be appreciated as well. Thanks!
