Hi,
I'm looking for companies (in USA) that sell Au plating solution
(non-cyanide based). Technic is one company that offers a ready-to-use
solution but I'm having problems with their solution. The surface
roughness of the plated film is difficult to control even if I have very
low current. Does anyone know other companies which have similar
products?
Thanks
Bala
