There was a company I believed called APCI (ACPI?) which supplied a liquid
spin-on coating called "UPC" or "universal protective coating".  It was
basically a mixture of IPA, PVA and water.  I think the company is now out
of business.  Anyone know who might now be a supplier for this or who took
over this company?  I can't seem to find out anything about it.
