I understand there might be some interest in our capability to deposit
ultra-thin layers (less than 300A) of a parylene that can withstand
temperatures in excess of 450C.  This is a relatively new capability that
may allow one to avoid microloading and still obtain the benefits of the
inherent low surface energy.  I'd be interested to know if this would be of
help to those with specific related issues, and if additional benefits may
exist as a result.
