Dear Dr. Milan,
do not waste your money for any special camera. ANY
CCD wil do the trick. I have tried SONY CCD and it
worked very well. You have to take out the IR filter,
which means to unscrew 4 screws and "voila", here is
your CCD :-). It does work.

microscope or an IR microscope for imaging through Si.
 Can someone
