Dear MEMS-Colleagues,

I am looking for n-type wafers (1 Ohmcm) with excellent minority carrier
diffusion length or lifetime. I want to do some electrochemical experiments,
where I need to illuminate the sample from the back-side. The photo-generated
holes at the back-side must have a sufficient chance to reach the wafer front-
side.
Does anybody know a wafer vender, how can provide n-type wafers with a specified
minority carrier diffusion length also for a low quantity?
