! URGENT ! QUESTIONNAIRE Generic Substrate & Fluid Handling Chip
for Bio & Chemical Sensors (GSS)
Objective - Produce a generic substrate sensor chip/microsystem that can be used
to
address a number of different applications. If you would like to incorporate
Silicon or
Microsystems Technology (MST) into your sensors but can not afford the
development
costs, you might benefit from a generic micromachined substrate sensor which you
can
then tailor to realise a customised sensor for your specific
application. This work is undertaken as part of an Exploratory
Award awarded by the EC to AML
BY COMPLETING THIS QUESTIONNAIRE YOU CAN HELP TO STEER THE TYPE OF
SENSOR DEVELOPED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
In addition:
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR NEEDS ARE INCLUDED IN THE
FINAL DEVICE, WE INVITE YOU TO BECOME AN END USER PARTNER &
COLLABORATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT. THE BENEFITS TO YOU WOULD BE:
* Direct input into the specification of chips to meet YOUR needs
* Early testing & evaluation of the device
* FUNDING FROM THE EC IF THE PROJECT PROPOSAL IS SUCCESSFUL
* Favourable commercial terms on the supply of the final device
Please indicate if you would be interested in such a collaboration
YES No
Please complete the questionnaire NOW & return by August 4th to Rob
Santilli at AML. (If you want a faxed version please e mail us)
