Subject: [mems-talk] looking for MEMS partners

Hello,

I am looking for small US companies to team with on SBIRs involving MEMS

and related technologies. At Auburn University, we have an extensive
microfabrication facility (including DRIE), a nanofabrication
laboratory,
an advanced packaging facility and extensive environmental testing
laboratories, with trained and competent staff. Additionally, we have
expertise in all major fields of engineering, the physical sciences and
the
biological sciences. Please contact me for more information.

Sincerely,

Robert Dean
