Dear Unni,
Parylene can not be spin coated, Parylene has to applied in gaseous vacuum-
deposition.

Subject: [mems-talk] Parylene dimer coating

Can anybody tell me if parylene dimer can be spin coated and =
polymerised?
Ideas about dip coating are also welcome
Unni
