Unni,
Parylene can not be spin coated, but Polymide and B.C.B. can. In both of
these chemicals you can get photosensitive coatings and after the correct bake
the material is equivalent to parylene in dielectric and thermal qualities.
Suggest you contact Dupont and Arch chemical for info on Polymide. Try
symposiumonpolymers.com for technical papers on Polymide. Also contact Dow for
papers on B.C.B. Bill Moffat

Can anybody tell me if parylene dimer can be spin coated and =
polymerised?
Ideas about dip coating are also welcome
