Hi Raji,

I´m a MSc. in Aero & Astro form Purdue working in MEMS for aerospace systems. An
excellent book to start is "Microengineering Aerospace Systems" by Helvajian,
Henry (Editor), Published: December 1999 AIAA. Also look for IMU and IRU in
Internet, and MEMS manufacturers. Mostly, you will find accelerometers,
gyroscopes, pressure sensors, air data sensing units, fuel injection parameters
sensors, etc. For innovative, try Berkeley, MIT and UCLA. They have many aero-
related MEMS projects, like MAV (micro air vehicle), microflaps and amazing
things like those.

Right now I´m starting a design of a very simple accelerometer for a spacecraft!

Wish you luck...
