Hi

MEMS sensors in Avionics are primarily accelerometers. MEMS accelerometers
can be resistive or capacitiev but the ones used in avionics are invariably
capacitive because of better temperature stability. Analog Devices and a few
other companies manufacture such accelerometers for the avionics market.
